阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的临床研究

目的研究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治缺血性脑血管病的临床效果。方法选取48例缺血性脑血管病患者，随机均分为对照组和联合组，在进行常规治疗的同时，对照组给予氯吡格雷口服治疗，联合组给予口服氯吡格雷加阿司匹林治疗，疗程为3个月，观察两组疗效。结果联合组总有效率为91．7％（22／24），显著高于对照组的66．7％（16／24），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效显著，值得应用。

Clinical study of aspirin combined clopidogrel in treatment of patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective To study the efficacy of aspirin plus clopidogrel in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease （ICD）. Methods 48 cases of ICD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups evenly, the control group was treated with clopidogrel, combination group was treated with clopidogrel plus aspirin, treatment period was two months, the effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of combination group was 91.7% （22/24）, significantly higher than 66.7%（16/24） in control group, the difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The out- come of aspirin plus clopidogrel in treatment of ICD is efficacious, worthy of application.
