喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果观察

目的探讨喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法将60例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，观察组给予喜炎平＋利巴韦林治疗，对照组单用利巴韦林治疗。结果观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间及疱疹消失时间均较对照组短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的总有效率为96．7％，明显优于对照组的73．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效显著，能明显缩短体温恢复正常时间及疱疹消失时间，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of xiyanping combined with ribavirin on infantile herpangina

Objective To study the clinical effect of xiyanping combined with ribavirin on infantile herpangina. Methods 60 cases of children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases.Xiyanping combined with ribavirin were used in the observation group and only ribavirin was used in the control group. Results The time of body temperature recovering to normal and rehabilitation time of herpes of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group with statistically difference （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of observation group was 96.7% which was higher than that of the control group （73.3%） with statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of xiyanping combined with ribavirin on infantile herpangina is significant, which can signifi- cantly reduce the time of body temperature recovering to normal and rehabilitation time of herpes with less adverse re- actions.The treatment is worthy of clinical popularization ＋and application.
