经尿道电切治疗高危重度前列腺增生的临床观察

目的探讨经尿道电切治疗高危重度前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选择本院2005年1月～2012年12月收治的231例高危重度前列腺增生患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受经尿道电切治疗，回顾性分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果所有患者均接受6个月的随访，剩余尿量（PVR）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流量（Qmax）和国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）等指标均显著降低（P〈0．05），术后平均置管时间为（6．5±6．3）d，术后并发症发生率为14．7％，平均住院时间为（6．5±5．2）d。结论经尿道电切治疗高危重度前列腺增生，临床疗效满意，有效性和安全性高，具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation on the transurethral electroresection for high risk and large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To study the clinical effect of the transurethral electroresection for high risk and large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 231 cases of patients with high risk and large volume benign prostatic hyperpla- sia admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2012 were selected for researching,all these patients were given the surgery of transurethral eleetroresection and the clinical effect was retrospectively analyzed.Results All these patients were followed up for six months.The index of the volume of residual urine （PVR）,quality of life score （QOL）, Maximum urinary flow （Qmax） and international prostate symptom score （IPSS） was significantly decreased after surgery （P〈0.05）.The average time of catheterization after surgery was （6.5±6.3） d,the total rate of complication after surgery was 14.7%,the average hospital stay was （6.5±5.2） d.Conclusion The operation of transurethral electroreseetion for high risk and large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia has satisfactory clinical effect,and has higher effect and safety,which should be applied in clinic.
