| 摘 要： | 目的分析病毒性肝炎的血清学分型特点,为疫情监测和科学防制提供可靠依据。方法对部分病毒性肝炎病例采集血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测抗HAV-IgM、HBsAg、抗HBc-IgM、抗HCV和抗HEV-IgM。结果共检测361份血清标本,总阳性率为75.9%。抗HAV-IgM、HBsAg、抗HBc-IgM、抗HCV和抗HEV-IgM的阳性检出率分别为1.9%、38.8%、13.0%、5.5%和36.8%。结论乙肝、戊肝的流行率较高,应纳入病毒性肝炎防治的重点,丙肝防治不容忽视。

| Abstract: | Objective Serological analysis of viral hepatitis typing characteristics, and provide a reliable basis for the prevention and control of epidemic monitoring and scientific. Methods Serum samples were collected on the part of virus hepatitis, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） for detection of anti HAV-IgM, anti HBc-IgM HBsAg, anti HCV and anti HEV-IgM. Results A total of 298 serum samples were detected, the total positive rate was 75.9%. Anti - HAV-IgM, HBsAg, anti HBc-lgM, anti HCV and anti HEV-IgM positive rates were 1.9%, 38.8%, 13.0%, 5.5% and 36.8%. Conclusion High prevalence of hepatitis B, hepatitis E, should be included in the focus of prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis, hepatitis C prevention can not be ignored. |
