酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病期前收缩的临床研究

目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病期前收缩的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年5月-2013年5月诊治的冠心病期前收缩患者93例，随机分为两组，对照组46例患者行酒石酸美托洛尔治疗，观察组47例患者行酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率（97．9％）明显高于对照组（87．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论酒石酸美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病期前收缩效果显著，可明显改善患者的预后。

Clinical research of metoprolol tartrate and wenxin granule in treatment of premature coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate clinical effect of metoprolol tartrate and wenxin granule in treatment of premature coronary heart disease. Methods 93 patients with premature coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups. 46 patients in control group were treated with metopro- lol tartrate,47 patients in observation group were treated with metoprolol tartrate and wenxin granule. Clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate in observation group（97.9%） was sig- nificantly higher than control group （87.0%） ,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups compared, difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate and wenxin granule has significant effect in treatment of premature coronary heart disease, which can significantly improve progno- sis of patients.
