| 摘 要： | 目的为预防心理疾病和临床心理卫生工作服务。方法运用心理健康测查表（PHI）对某医院心理门诊498名首诊者测查，用SPSS17．0进行数据分析。结果求诊者七个临床分量表均值皆与常模存在极显著差异（P〈0．001）；性别、年龄、婚姻、教育程度与心理健康多个分量表存在不同程度的显著相关（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论求诊者心理健康各量表得分都显著高于常模分数；性别、年龄、婚姻状况及受教育程度都可能是影响求诊者心理健康的因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To prevent the psychological diseases and serve clinical mental health work. Methods 498 patients in psychological clinic of a hospital were evaluated by using PHI table and the data were analyzed by SPSS17. 0. Results There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 001 ） between the mean value and norm of Seven clinical suhseales of the patients. There were different levels of significant correlation among gender. Age. marriage . education level and mental health of several subscales （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The score in subscales mental health of patients are significant higher than that of norm; Gender, age, marital status and level of education can all be factors that ＇affect refills of mental health. |
