输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的效果分析

目的探讨输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法对本院2010年6月～2012年9月收治的34例行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术的输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者的碎石成功率为91．2％（31／34），其中输尿管上段碎石成功率为78．6％（11／14），中下段碎石成功率为100．0％（20／20），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石效果显著，碎石成功率高、并发症少、操作简单，是输尿管中下段结石治疗首选的方法，值得临床推广。

Effect analysis of urethroscope combined with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi

Objective To investigate clinical effect of urethroscope combined with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods Data of 34 cases with ureteral calculi in our hospital from June 2010 to Septem- ber 2012 were retrospectively analysed.Results The successful rate of lithotripsyin in all cases was 91.2%（31/34）,the success rate of ureteral stone was 78.6%（11/14）,the success rate in middle and distal segment of crushed stone was 100.0%（20/20）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effect of urethroscope combined with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi is good,the successful rate of lithotripsyin is higher,complication is less and operation is simple.h is the treatment of ureteral stones in the preferred method,is worth the clinical promotion.
