坎地沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压的效果观察

目的观察坎地沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗老年高血压的临床效臬。方法选择2007年1月．2012年5月本院门诊高血压患者112例，随机分为对照组56例和治疗组56例。对照组给予坎地沙坦治疗，治疗组在坎地沙坦基础上加用氢氯噻嗪。两组均服药10周。结果治疗组总有效率为91．1％，对照组总有效率为66．1％．两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组不良反应发生率为3．6％，对照组不良反应发生率为3．6％。两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论坎地沙坦酯与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗高血压，效果满意，不良反应少，适合基层医院应用。

Effect of candesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical effect of candesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 112 cases of senile hypertension from January 2007 to May 2012 were randomly divid- ed into treatment group and control group, 56 cases in each group. The control group was given candesartan; treatment group was given hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of candesartan. The two groups were treated for 10 weeks. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 91.1%,66.1%,the difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）, incidenee of adverse reaction of treatment group and control group were 3.57%,3.57%, the differ- ence between two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of candesartan combined with hy- drochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension is satisfactory, with less adverse reaction, is suitable for primary hospital.
