摘    要:目的 :观察单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :172例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为 2组 ,其中治疗组 92例 ,用单硝酸异山梨酯 2 0mg加入 5 %GS 2 5 0mL中 ,ivgtt,qd ,连用 10d ;对照组 80例 ,用硝酸甘油 10mg加入 5 %GS2 5 0mL中 ,ivgtt,qd ,连用 10d。结果 :治疗组疗效和常规ECG改善均显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组仅有 4例出现面色潮红。结论 :单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于硝酸甘油 ,且较安全

Abstract:AIM: To observe the effectiveness of isosorbide mononitrate injection in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. METHODS: One hundred and seventy-two patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treated group of 92 patients received isosorbide mononitrate injection 20 mg plus 5% glucose 250 mL, iv gtt, qd for 10 d; the control group of 80 patients received nitroglycerin injection 10 mg plus 5% glucose 250 mL, iv gtt, qd for 10 d. RESULTS: Overall effective rates were 89.13% in the treated group and 72.50% in control group with significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.01), the improvement of regular ECG and Holter in the treated group was better than in the control group. CONCLUSION: There was a better clinical effect with isosorbide mononitrate injection in the treatment of angina pectoris and adverse reactions were slight.
