青海地区胃癌发病的临床及病理特点(附3 537例分析)

目的:了解青海地区胃癌发病的临床特点及病理类型、病变部位、组织学等方面特征。方法:总结近10年经胃镜诊断并病检或/和手术确诊的胃癌患者3 537例胃癌患者,分男女组进行对照分析。结果:10年间胃癌总检出率8.49%,其中,男性检出率10.8%,女性检出率为4.9%,男女在不同年龄段胃癌检出率、不同职业间男女检出率有显著性差别,P<0.001,男女胃癌在病变部位、内镜Borrman分型、癌组织学类型方面均有显著性差别,P<0.001。结论:本地区胃癌检出率逐渐下降,但仍然是胃癌高发地区,且青、老年胃癌检出率逐渐上升。检出胃癌大多数以分化程度低、恶性程度高、广泛浸润为特点。

Clinical and Pathological Features of Gastric Cancer in Plateau

Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer in patients who lived in plateaus area.Metheds: 3 537 patients with gastric cancer,who were diagnosed by histology after gastroscope and operations in 10 years,were divided into the male and the female groups and analyzed with SPSS Software.Results: The total positive rate of gastric cancer was 8.49%.And the positive rate of the male was 10.8% while that of the female was 4.9%.There were distinct differences between the male and the female in ages,profession,focus,Borman classification and histology(P<0.001).Conclusions: Although the positive rate of gastric cancer in Qinghai province was decreasing,the rate was still high.Both of the positive rates in the youth and the old were rising.These gastric cancers were mostly characterized by low differentiation,greater malignancy and widely metastases.
