异位妊娠诊断方法的研究进展

异位妊娠的诊断方法包括实验室诊断、影像学诊断、综合诊断和腹腔镜诊断。近年异位妊娠的试验室诊断取得长足进展,向诊断早、准确率高的方向发展,使异位妊娠的误诊、漏诊概率减少。异位妊娠早期诊断为患者采取药物保守治疗提供更多的机会,减少了异位妊娠破裂导致腹腔内大出血的危险。研究表明,阴道超声检查和血绒毛膜促性腺激素检测联合应用能使大多数异位妊娠在早期作出诊断,是目前临床上最广泛应用的诊断方法。
