视觉敏感期后弱视的可塑性研究进展

弱视是视觉发育相关性疾病。视觉发育敏感期是弱视发生的危险期,也是逆转弱视的最佳时机。然而,越来越多的研究证实人类视觉系统在敏感期后仍存在不同程度的可塑性,这对于很多在年幼时贻误了治疗在年长时才被确诊的弱视患者的治疗具有很重要的指导意义,并为探讨弱视的发生及防治提供理论依据。笔者就有关弱视患者在视觉敏感期后是否具有可塑性的研究进展进行综述。

An update of research on the plasticity of amblyopia after the sensitive period

Amblyopia is a developmental disorder that occurs during a period of neural plasticity early in life.The sensitive period of visual development is a critical period for amblyopia.However,more and more researchers suggest that there is a significant degree of plasticity in the human visual system after this sensitive period.This could be important for the treatment of adult amblyopia and provides evidence for the development and prevention of amblyopia.This review updates the status of research on the plasticity of amblyopia after the sensitive period.
