| 摘 要： | 目的:建立大鼠胸膜间皮细胞的培养方法.方法:采用组织块法和酶消化法培养大鼠胸膜间皮细胞,通过胸膜细胞形态学鉴定方法,对两种方法培养的细胞进行鉴定.结果:组织块法培养大鼠胸膜间皮细胞获得成功.结论:组织块法培养大鼠胸膜间皮细胞成本低、简便易行.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish culture method of pleural mesothelial cells of rats.Methods:Pleural mesothelial cells of rats were cultured with tissue culture method and enzymatic digestion method respectively,then cells were identified by morphological identification method.Result:Success was achieved in tissue culture method.Conclusion:Pleural mesothelial cells of rats cultured with tissue culture method is low-cost,convenient and practical. |
