灵龟八法按时开穴灸对肾阳虚模型豚鼠血液流变学异常的预防作用

目的：观察运用灵龟八法按时开穴灸对肾阳虚模型豚鼠的影响，探讨灵龟八法延缓衰老的作用机理。方法：以健康成年豚鼠为研究对象，随机分为肾阳虚模型灵龟八法预防组、肾阳虚模型命门灸预防组、肾阳虚模型对照组等3组，以全血粘度（200s^-1、30s^-1、5s^-1、1s^-1）、红细胞压积（HCT）、纤维蛋白原（FIG）为客观指标，比较灵龟八法按时开穴灸、命门灸对肾阳虚模型豚鼠血液流变学的影响差异。结果：在造模结束后，肾阳虚模型灵龟八法预防组没有出现明显肾阳虚征象，其200s^-1、30s^-1、5s^-1、1s^-1、HCT及FIG无明显改变；肾阳虚模型命门灸预防组没有出现明显肾阳虚征象，但其2008s^-1及30s^-1升高明显，差异有显著性意义，5s^-1、1s^-1、HCT及FIG无明显改变；肾阳虚模型对照组出现明显的肾阳虚症状，且20s^-1、30s^-1、HCT及FIG升高，差异有显著性意义，5s^-1、1s^-1无明显改变。结论：灵龟八法按时开穴灸对肾阳虚模型豚鼠具有明显的预防作用，可防止血液流变学的异常改变，其延缓衰老的机理可能与调节血液流变学有关；灵龟八法按时开穴灸组对肾阳虚模型豚鼠的预防作用略优于命门灸组。

Preventive Effect of Moxibustion in Accordance with Lingguibafa on Abnormal Hemorrheology of Guinea Pigs with Kidney Yang Deficieney

Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion in accordance with Lingguibafa on hemorrhedogy of guinea pigs with Kidney Yang deficiency, and to probe into the anti-aging mechanism of moxibustion in accordance with Lingguibafa.Methods： Healthy adult guinea pigs were chosen for the study, and divided into three Kidney Yang deficiency model groups, including Lingguibafa group, Mingraen （GV 4） moxibustion group and control group.The whole blood viscosity （200s^-1, 30s^-1, 5s^-1, 1s^-1）, hematocrit （HCT）, fibfinogen （FIG） were used as objective indexes for the comparison of hemorrhedogical changes in three groups.Results： After model establishment, there were no obvious signs of Kidney Yang deficiency or significant changes in 200s^-1, 30s^-1, 5s^-1, 1s^-1, HCT and FIG in Lingguibafa group.In Mingmen moxibustion group, there were no obvious signs of Kidney Yang deficiency or significant changes in 5s^-1, 1s^-1, HCT and FIG, but there showed rematkable increase in 200s^-1 and 30s^-1 with significant statistical values.In control group, there appealed obvious signs of Kidney Yang deficiency, and significant increase in 200s^-1, 30s^-1, HCT and FIG, but there was no obvious changes in 5s^-1 and 1s^-1.Conclusion： Moxibustion in accordance with Lingguibafa has remarkable effect on guinea pigs with Kidney Yang deficiency, and can prevent the abnormal changes of hemozheology.The anti-aging mechanism may be related to the regulation of blood rheology.Moxibustion in accordance with Lingguibafa is superior to Mingmen moxibustion in terms of preventing Kidney Yang deficiency of model guinea pigs.
