驻湛江市基层部队吸烟状况调查分析

目的　了解驻湛江市基层官兵的吸烟状况,为部队有效控烟提供依据。方法　用分层随机抽样的方法对驻湛江市的几十个部队的男性干部战士进行了问卷式调查,从人口学特征、吸烟量、吸烟者的动因、戒烟的动因、不戒烟的动因、不吸烟者对吸烟的态度来分析目前部队的吸烟状况。结果　82.10 %的吸烟者每日吸烟数为10～2 0支以上,39.0 4 %的吸烟者是当兵后染上吸烟嗜好的;基层部队干部吸烟率明显高于战士(P <0.0 1) ,海勤人员吸烟率明显高于陆勤人员(P <0 .0 1) ;文化程度愈高,吸烟率亦高(P <0 0 1) ;70 4 4 %的不吸烟者对吸烟者当场吸烟表现出不介意和躲开的态度;5 7 2 5 %的吸烟者有戒烟的意向;吸烟动因和不戒烟的原因有着明显的共同点,最重要的原因是受他人的影响,交际,无聊。结论　环境因素是吸烟或不戒烟或戒烟失败的主要原因之一,部队控烟的重点应放在创造一个良好的控烟人文环境上

Smoking status of officers and men at the grassroots level: a survey in the stationed in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province

Objective To investigate the smoking status of the of officers and men at the grassroots level. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2419 persons of army force stationed in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong province,403 officers and 2016 men. Results The overall smoking rate was 53.58%, 39.04% of the smokers began to smoke after they joined the army. The smoking rate of the officers was 72.46% , significantly higher than that of the men (49.80%,P<0.01). The smoking rate among those on marine duty was 68.49%, significantly higher than that among those on ground duty (36.70%, P<0.01). 46.76% of them smoked more than 10 cigarettes, and 35.34% of them smoked more than 20 cigarettes every day. The main 3 initiative motives to begin to smoke were influence of others, social intercourse, and feeling bored. The smoking rates of those with the educational level of higher education, senior middle school and junior middle school were 53.58%, 51.21%, and 48.06% respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion The smoking rate of officers and men at grassroots level is higher (lower) than those at higher level. The smoking rate of the sea servicemen is higher than the ground servicemen. The main motives to smoke among the grassroots men are similar to those among the civilians.
