| 摘 要： | 总结4例酷似心肌梗死的急性重症心肌炎患者的护理。介绍了该病的观察重点、急救及护理措施。认为早期确诊、严密监护、卧床休息、控制心力衰竭及心源性休克和严重心律失常等并发症是救治成功的关键,营养心肌、减轻心肌细胞损伤是治疗的有效方法。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized 4 cases of nursing acute severe myocarditis similar to acute myocardial infarct.And it made the introduction of some emphases of observation on acute severe myocardits similar to acute myocardial infarct as well as emergency treatment and nursing measures.This paper also made a point that the key to successful treatment was to form a correct diagnosis in the early period and to have the intensive care with the patients resting in bed and to get such complications in control as heart failure,carcinogenic shock and severe irregularity of rhythm of heart.In addition,the nutrition of myocardium and alleviation of the injury of myocardium cells were very effective means for treatment. |
