基层军官亚健康调查与护理干预

目的了解基层军官健康状态及探讨护理干预后的效果。方法选择2007年5～10月在疗区疗养的基层军官180名，通过对疗养前及疗养15d实施护理干预后的亚健康状态进行问卷式调查，比较疗养前后亚健康改善情况。结果基层军官180人中，疗养前有102人处于不同程度的亚健康状态，占总人数的56．7％。疗养后13人还有亚健康症状，但多数不适症状已消失，仅占总人数的7．2％。结论调查中发现基层军官均存在不同程度的亚健康症状，实施护理干预后亚健康状态得以明显改善，实现了真正意义上的健康。

A survey on subhealthy of inferior troops'officers and nursing intervention

Objective To investigate the health status of inferior troops＇ officers and explore the effect of nursing intervention. Methods 180 inferior troops＇ officers recuperated in sanatorium from May, 2007 to December, 2007 were selected.Questionnaire was conducted before rehabilitation and after 15 days nursing intervention.The improvement of sub-health was compared.Results Among 180 cases, 102 were in varying degrees of sub-health status, accounting for 56.7 % ;13 remained sub-health status but their most dis- comforts had disappeared after rehabilitation, accounting for 7.2 % .Conclusion There are varying degrees of sub-health status in in- ferior troops＇ officers. Nursing intervention can obviously improve the status of sub-health to achieve a real sense of health.
