经椎弓根空心椎体植骨器的设计与临床应用

目的 探讨采用经椎弓根空心椎体植骨器行椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的价值。方法 采用自行设计的经椎弓根空心椎体植骨器行椎体内植骨配合椎管减压（或不减压），将突人椎管内骨块复位，短节段椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折26例。结果 均未出现植骨操作引起的神经、血管并发症，椎体内植骨融合良好。伤椎椎体高度保持良好，未出现复位后高度丢失和晚期塌陷。结论 采用经椎弓根空心椎体植骨器行椎体内植骨操作准确，简单，易掌握，椎体内植骨可促进骨折愈合，重建脊柱的稳定性，预防术后晚期椎体高度的丢失和塌陷。

Bone Transplantation for Fracture of Lumbar and Thoracic Vertebrae Through Hollow Bone - planting Appliance

Objective To investigate the value of the hollow bone-planting appliance in the vertebral body through the pelvic cavity in the vertebral body.Methods The self-designed hollow bone-planting appliance was used in the vertebral body through the pedicle of vertebral arch to plant bone in the vertebral body combining with decompressing by the vertebral canal.The bone prolapsed into the spinal cord was reduced.There were 26 patients undergoing the therapy of fixing short segments through pedicle screws to cure thoracic-lumbar vertebrae fracture.Results There were no nerve and blood vessel complications caused by bone planting operations in all these patients and the bone grafts inside the vertebral body was also good.The height of the damaged vertebral body was in a good condition without any loss after reduction and collapsing in its late stage.Conclusion It is very accurate,simple and easy to employ the operation of the hollow bone-planting appliance in the vertebral body through the pedicle of vertebral arch cavity in the vertebral body.The planted bone inside the vertebral body can promote the fractures' fusion,reconstruct the spinal stability,and prevent the height of the vertebral body from losing and sinking in the later period of operation.
