糠秕孢子菌对寻常痤疮影响的临床研究

为探讨糠秕孢子菌对寻常痤疮的影响 ,对 2 77例寻常痤疮患者进行糠秕孢子菌检查 ,阳性者 10 2例 (36 .8% )。随机将合并有糠秕孢子菌感染者 ,分为治疗组 5 3例和对照组 49例 ,前者用痤疮王加抗真菌药达克宁治疗 ;后者用痤疮王治疗。每日早晚各用药 1次 ,疗程为 4周。结果治疗组总有效率为 10 0 % ,治愈率为 43 .4% ;对照组总有效率为 81.4% ,治愈率为 2 4.5 %。经统计学检验 (χ2 =10 .6 8,P <0 .0 1;χ2 =4.0 4,P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组差异有显著性。表明糠秕孢子菌对寻常痤疮有重要病因学意义

The role of pityrosporumorbiculare in acne vulgaris

In order to investigate the role of pityrosporum orbiculare in acne vulgaris, 277 patients with acne vulgaris received a pityrosporum orbiculare test. The positive rate was 36.8% (102 cases). All the 102 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the therapeutic group (53 cases) and the control group (49 cases). Patients in the former group were treated with Miconazole Nitrate Cream and those in the latter one with Viaminati Cream, once in the morning and evening each day. The course lasted 4 weeks. Results: In the therapeutic group, the total effective rate was 100% and the curative rate was 43.4%; while in the control group, the total effective rate was 81.4% and the curative rate was 24.5%. There was a statistically significant difference between the comparison of these two groups (χ2=10.68, P<0.01; χ2=4.04, P<0.05). This data suggests that pityrosporum orbiculare play an important role in the occurence of acne vulgaris.
