清肺消咳颗粒的解热作用实验

目的：研究清肺消咳颗粒的解热作用。方法：采用细菌内毒素，白喉、百日咳、破伤风三联疫苗致家兔发热法；干酵母，2．4-二硝基苯酚诱发大鼠发热法，观察清肺消咳颗粒的解热作用。结果：清肺消咳颗粒对家兔和大鼠的体温升高模型有明显的抑制作用，其作用强度及维持时间呈现量效关系。结论：清肺消咳颗粒具有较好的解热作用。

Study on the Antipyretic Effect of Qingfei Xiaoke Granules

Objective： To study the antipyretic action of qingfei xiaoke granules. Method： Rabbit fever models were caused by vein injection of endotoxin and DTPa triple vaccine,rat pyrexia model were induced with dry yeast and 2.4-dinitropheol by subcutane- ously injection. The effect of the qingfei xiaoke granules on reducing fever were investigated, Result： The qingfei xiaoke granules could evidently inhibit the elevatory temperature of all models,intensity antipyretic action and maintain time present dose-effect relationship. Conelusion： Qingfei xiaoke granules have significant relieve fever effect.
