| 摘 要： | 目的 评价胰岛素在重型颅脑损伤治疗中的应用价值。方法 分析 190例使用胰岛素的重型颅脑损伤的情况 ,并与 180例未使用胰岛素的可比病例进行比较 ,指标包括死亡率、致残率和感染率。结果 胰岛素治疗组死亡率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,致残率、感染率亦低于对照组。结论 胰岛素对重型颅脑损伤治疗效果明显 ,值得临床推广使用

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of insulin in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury(SCCI).Method 370 SCCI cases,incluing the treatment group(190 cases) and the control group(180 cases) were analysed.The patients in treatment group were taken insulin to control the blood sugar.The controll group was treated without insulin.The comparative parameters included rates of infection, morbidity and mortality.Results The differences in the rates of infection,morbidity and mortality between two groups were significant statistically( P <0.05).Conclusions The effect of insulin treating SCCI is evident,it is worthy to spreading clinically. |
