| 摘 要： | 寻常痤疮４４例，随机双盲分为Ａ和Ｂ２组。Ａ组１９例：男性１１例，女性８例，年龄２２±ｓ４ａ，服精制豆油胶丸，１０ｍｇ／丸，２－３丸／ｄ×１２ｗｋ。Ｂ组２５例；男性２０例，女性５例，年龄２４±４ａ，服异维Ａ酸胶丸，１０ｍｇ／丸，２－３丸／ｄ×１２ｗｋ。结果：总有效率Ａ组为５％，Ｂ组为９２％，经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析ｐ＜０．０５。异维Ａ酸主要不良反应为口干。

| Abstract: | Forty-four patients(M 31, F 13) with acne vulgaris were treated with isotretinoin.In a randomized double-blind study, patients were divided into two groups.Group A(19 patients, M11, F8, age 22±s 4 a) were treated with capsule A containing soybean oil 10 mg, 2-3cap/d, po, for 12 wk. group B(25 patients, M20, F5, age 24±4a)were treated with capsule B containing isotretinoin 10 mg,2-3 cap/d, po, for 12wk. Results showed that the total response rates were 5% and 92%, respectively (P<0.05). The main adverse reaction of isotretinoin was xerostomia. |
