| 摘 要： | 目的：研究外来工乙型肝炎（乙肝）病毒的感染状况及不同职业对其感染的影响，为预防外来工的乙肝感染提供科学依据。方法：对2002-2003年间在深圳龙岗区坪地镇打工的外来人员进行健康检查，用ELISA法进行乙型肝炎病毒感染标志物检测。结果：在1278人中HBsAg阳性率为12．64％，各年龄段间男女的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；不同职业及同一职业间的男女之间病毒感染的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：外来人员乙肝感染情况与其所从事的职业有相关关系，在有高温、粉尘、噪声的工作环境中其乙型肝炎病毒感染率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To know the situation of HBV infection of the immigrators,and the relationship between occupation and HBV infection,to provide scientific reference for the prevention.Methods:The physical examination for the immigrators in the town of pingdi in longgang were made,the markers of HBV were detected by ELISA.Results:12.64% of 1278 immigrators were infected by HBsAg.The difference of male and female were not significant in different age.But the difference between male and female were significant.Conclusion:The situation of HBV infection in immigrators correlated with their occupation.But the difference in the age was not significant. |
