沐舒坦辅治114例小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效对比观察

目的观察沐舒坦静脉给药治疗支气管肺炎的疗效。方法选择我院2008年2月～2009年2月在我院的114例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分治疗组59例,对照组55例。全部病例均给予抗感染,对症等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加沐舒坦。临床观察咳嗽,气促,肺部体征消失情况。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿咳嗽,气促,肺部体征消失时间明显低于对照组,经统计学检验,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论沐舒坦辅治支气管肺炎疗效肯定。

Clinical Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Adjuvant Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children:A Comparative Study of 114 Cases

Objective To observe theclinicalefficacyofambroxolforintravenous injectionofbronchopneumoniainchildren.Methods 114 cases of bronchopneumonia in children from Feb.2008 to Feb.2009 in our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group (59 cases) and a control group (55 cases),with the treatment group having ambroxol in addition to the conventional therapy in treatment.The loss of cough,shortness of breath,pulmonary signs were observed and compared.Results In contrast to the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better.The difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).The time of disappearance of the cough,shortness of breath and pulmonary signs in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P <0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ambroxol in adjuvant treatment of bronchopneumonia is affirmative.
