电针四神聪穴对实验性血管性痴呆大鼠中枢胆碱能神经元的影响

摘    要:目的探讨针刺对实验性血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠中枢胆碱能神经元的影响。方法将实验大鼠70只随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组和西药对照组,采用改良的4-VO法建立血管性痴呆大鼠模型。术后第31天将实验各组大鼠处死,鼠脑染色切片,观察大鼠海马及颞叶皮质胆碱能神经元的变化。结果模型组、电针组和西药对照组与正常组、假手术组比较,中枢胆碱能神经元计数/视野明显减少(P<0.01);模型组胆碱能神经元的计数较低,与西药组、电针组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而西药组与电针组比较,也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺与药物治疗对脑缺血后的中枢胆碱能神经元有保护作用,电针治疗对保护中枢胆碱能神经元的效果相对较好。

Abstract:Objective It is to discuss the influence of electroacupuncture on central cholinergic neurons of rats with experimental vascular dementia(VD).Methods 70 rats were randomly divided into normal group,false operation group,model group,electroacupuncture group and western medicine group.VD rat models were made with improved 4-VO method.31 days after operation the rats in each group were killed and their brains were gotten to make staining section.Then the changes of cholinergic neurons in cortex of hippocampus and temporal lobe were observed.Results Count/visual field of central cholinergic neurons in model group,electroacupuncture group and western medicine group obviously decreased compared with that in normal group and false group(P<0.01).The count of cholinergic neurons in model group was less than that in western medicine group and electroacupuncture group(P<0.01).The difference was also significant between the post two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatments of electroacupuncture and medicine both have protective function on central cholinergic neurons after cerebral ischemia,and the effect of electroacupuncure treatment protecting central cholinergic neurons is relative better.
