| 摘 要： | 目的观察齐刺结合烧山火针法治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例颈肩综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组采用齐刺结合烧山火针法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,治疗21 d后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组愈显率为80.0%,对照组愈显率为53.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论齐刺法结合烧山火针法治疗颈肩综合征有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of triple needling plus mountain-burning fire needling method in treating neck-shoulder syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with neck-shoulder syndrome were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received triple needling plus mountain-burning fire needling method and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after 21 days of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 93.3％ in the treatment group and 80.0％ in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P＜0.05）.The cure and marked efficacy rate was 80.0％ in the treatment group and 53.3％ in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Triple needling plus mountain-burning fire needling method has clinically a good therapeutic effect on neck-shoulder syndrome. |
