循经远取动法针刺治疗早期肩手综合征疗效观察

目的观察循经远取动法针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中后早期肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予循经远取动法针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺方法。3个疗程后比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogous Scale,VAS)、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为63.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后VAS、FMA评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS、FMA评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论循经远取动法针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中后早期肩手综合征的疗效优于传统针刺。

Therapeutic Observation of Early-stage Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Ischemic Stroke Treated with Acupuncture at Distal Points plus Exercise

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at distal points plus exercise in treating early-stage shoulder-hand syndrome due to ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at distal points plus exercise,while the control group was by ordinary acupuncture.Three treatment courses later,the two groups were compared in Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale （FMA）,and clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 86.7％ in the treatment group versus 63.3％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The VAS and FMA scores were changed significantly after intervention in both groups （P＜0.01,P＜0.05）.After intervention,there were significant differences in comparing the VAS and FMA scores between the two groups （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture at distal points plus exercise can produce a higher therapeutic efficacy then ordinary acupuncture in treating early-stage shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke.
