毫火针对中风后患肢体感诱发电位的影响

目的以毫火针治疗32例中风后偏瘫患者,观察毫火针对中风患者患肢体感诱发电位(SEP)的影响。方法 32例患者均采用毫火针治疗,治疗前后分别记录各患者患肢SEP N9、N20、P40的数值。结果 32例中风患者治疗后患侧上肢SEP N9的波幅变化与治疗前相比无明显差异(P0.05),而治疗后患侧上肢SEP N9和N20的潜伏期明显较治疗前缩短(P0.01);治疗后患侧上肢SEP N20的波幅较治疗前升高(P0.05);治疗后患侧下肢SEP P40的波幅变化与治疗前相比无明显差异(P0.05),治疗后SEP P40的潜伏期明显较治疗前缩短(P0.01),临床有效率达90.6%。结论毫火针可缩短SEP N9、N20及P40的潜伏期,提高SEP N20的波幅,提示毫火针对中风后肢体功能的恢复有积极作用,临床疗效满意。

Effect of Fire-needle Acupuncture on the Somatosensory Evoked Potential of the Affected Limb after Stroke

Objective To observe the effect of fire-needle acupuncture on the somatosensory evoked potential （SEP） of the affected limb in stroke patients,through treating 32 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia by using fire-needle acupuncture.Method Thirty-two patients were intervened by fire-needle acupuncture,and the SEP N9,N20,and P40 of the affected limb were recorded before and after intervention.Result Of the 32 subjects,the change of SEP N9 amplitude was insignificant （P＞0.05）,while the latent periods of SEP N9 and N20 were shortened significantly after intervention （P＜0.01）; the SEP N20 amplitude increased significantly after intervention （P＜0.05）; the amplitude of SEP P40 was not changed significantly after intervention （P＞0.05）,while the latent period of SEP P40 was markedly shortened after intervention （P＜0.01）.The clinical effective rate approached 90.6％.Conclusion Fire-needle acupuncture can shorten the latent periods ofSEP N9,N20,and P40,and increase the amplitude of SEP N20,indicating that fire-needle acupuncture can produce a positive action and content therapeutic efficacy in the recovery of post-stroke limb function.
