滞针温针灸配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎时效性观察

目的观察滞针温针灸配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的时效性。方法将120例患者随机分为3组,每组40例,观察组采用滞针温针灸配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,对照1组采用滞针温针灸治疗,对照2组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射。对患者治疗后3~12个月采用问卷量表调查的形式,进行临床疗效评估。结果观察组大部分症状、体征消退,3组治愈率及愈显率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组疗效明显优于对照1组和对照2组。结论滞针温针灸配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎是临床一种较好的治疗方法。

Efficiency Observation of Sticking-warm Needling plus Sodium Hyaluronate for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the efficiency of sticking-warm needling plus intra-articular injection with Sodium hyaluronatein treating knee osteoarthritis. Method Totally 120 patients were randomized into 3 groups, 40 in each group. The observationgroup was intervened by sticking-warm needling plus intra-articular injection with Sodium hyaluronate, control group 1 was bysticking-warm needling, while control group 2 was by intra-artieular injection with Sodium hyaluronate. The subjects were given aquestionnaire investigation during 3-12 months after intervention, for evaluating the clinical efficacy. Result In the observationgroup, symptoms and signs were substantially gone, and there were significant differences in comparing the recovery rate as well asthe recovery and markedly-effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.01）, and the inter-group difference in the effective rate wasstatistically significant （P〈0.05）, indicating that the therapeutic efficacy of the observation group is superior to those of controlgroup 1 and control group 2. Conclusion Sticking-warm needling plus intra-articular injection with Sodium hyaluronate is aneffective approach in treating knee osteoarthritis.
