电针治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效观察

目的观察电针治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将80例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组针刺双侧支沟、天枢及足三里穴,同时在天枢及足三里穴给予电针治疗;对照组采用口服聚乙二醇4000散治疗。治疗2星期后,比较两组治疗前后排便次数、粪便性状的变化,并判定临床疗效。结果两组治疗后大便性状恢复正常率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组第1、2星期平均每日排便次数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为65.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论电针是一种治疗慢性功能性便秘的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Electroacupuncture for Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofelectroacupuncture in treating chronic functional constipation.Methods Eighty patients with functional constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,40 in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at bilateral Zhigou （TE 6）,Tianshu （ST 25）,and Zusanli （ST 36）,with electroacupuncture applied to Tianshu （ST 25） and Zusanli （ST 36）; the control group was by oral administration of Macrogol 4000powder.Two weeks later,the changes of defecation frequency and characteristics of feces were observed to determine the clinical efficacy.Results After intervention,there was a significant difference in comparing the recovery rate of the characteristics of feces between the two groups （P＜0.05）.In comparing the daily defecation times of the first and second weeks,there were no significant differences between the two groups （P＞0.05）.The total effective rate was 95.0％ in the treatment group versus 65.0％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significants （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective approach in treating chronic functional constipation.
