督脉灸配合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症疗效观察

目的观察督脉灸配合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将206例失眠症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组103例。治疗组采用督脉灸配合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用单纯耳穴贴压治疗。记录两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后PSQI量表各项评分及总分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05)。治疗组治疗后PSQI量表中睡眠质量、睡眠效率、日间功能评分及总分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05)。治疗组总有效率为82.8%,对照组为78.1%,两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论督脉灸配合耳穴贴压是一种治疗失眠症的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Moxibustion at the Governor Vessel plus Auricular Point Sticking for Insomnia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion at the Governor Vessel plus auricular point sticking in treating insomnia.Methods Totally 206 insomnia patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,103 in each group.The treatment group was intervened by moxibustion at the Governor Vessel plus auricular point sticking,while the control group was only by auricular point sticking.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacies were compared.Results After intervention,the component and total scores of PSQI were changed significantly in both groups （P＜0.01,P＜0.05）.After intervention,in comparing the sleep quality,sleep efficiency,and daytime function of PSQI between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.01,P＜0.05）.The total effective rate was 82.8％ in the treatment group versus 78.1％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Moxibustion at the Governor Vessel plus auricular point sticking is an effective method in treating insomnia.
