耳穴贴压治疗青少年假性近视疗效观察

目的观察耳穴贴压治疗青少年假性近视的临床疗效。方法将96例青少年假性近视患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。治疗组采用耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。两组治疗1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个月后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组为93.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论耳穴贴压是一种治疗青少年假性近视的有效方法,具有相对安全、无痛、作用时间长等优点。

Observations on the Efficacy of Auricular Plaster Therapy in Treating Adolescent Pseudomyopia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular plaster therapy in treating adolescent pseudomyopia.Methods Ninety-six patients with adolescent pseudomyopia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,48 cases each.The treatment group received auricular plaster therapy and the control group,conventional acupuncture.One course of treatment lasted one month in both groups.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups after three months of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 95.8％ in the treatment group and 93.8％ in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy is an effective way to treat adolescent pseudomyopia.It has the advantages of relative safety,painlessness and long duration of action.
