苍龟探穴针法治疗坐骨神经痛临床观察

目的比较苍龟探穴针法与常规电针治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法将140例坐骨神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组70例。两组均取腰眼、环中俞、阳陵泉、飞扬穴,治疗组采用苍龟探穴针法治疗,对照组采用常规电针治疗,比较两组治疗前后疼痛指数(PRI)及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后PRI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后PRI评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组愈显率和总有效率分别为88.6%和97.1%,对照组分别为74.3%和92.9%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论苍龟探穴针法是一种治疗坐骨神经痛的有效方法。

Clinical Observation of Cang Gui Tan Xue Needling Method for Sciatica

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Cang Gui Tan Xue needling method and ordinary electroacupuncture in treating sciatica.Methods Totally 140 sciatica patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,70 in each group.Same acupoints were chosen for the two groups：Yaoyan （EX-B 7）,Huanzhong （Extra）,Yanglingquan （GB 34）,and Feiyang （BL 58）,treated with Cang Gui Tan Xue needling method in the treatment group and ordinary electroacupuncture in the control group.The Pain Rating Index （PRI） was compared before and after intervention,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After intervention,the PRI scores were changed significantly in both groups （P＜0.01）.The treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the PRI score after intervention （P＜0.01）.The recovery and markedly-effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 88.6％ and 97.1％ in the treatment group,versus 74.3％ and 92.9％ in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Cang Gui Tan Xue needling method is an effective approach in treating sciatica.
