针刺配合经颅神经电刺激治疗原发性失眠症疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合经颅神经电刺激疗法治疗原发性失眠症的临床疗效。方法将50例原发性失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用针刺配合经颅神经电刺激疗法,对照组仅采用经颅神经电刺激疗法治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗2、4星期后PSQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。对照组治疗4星期后PSQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗2、4星期后PSQI评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针刺配合经颅神经电刺激是一种治疗原发性失眠症的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture plus Transcranial Electrical Nerve Stimulation for Primary Insomnia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus transcranial electrical nerve stimulation in treating primary insomnia.Methods Fifty patients with primary insomnia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,25 in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus transcranial electrical nerve stimulation,while the control group was only by transcranial electrical nerve stimulation.The therapeutic efficacies and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.0％ in the treatment group versus 80.0％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.After 2-and 4-week treatments,the PSQI score changed significantly in the treatment group compared than that of before intervention （P＜ 0.01）.The PSQI score changed significantly after 4-week treatments in the control group compared than that of before intervention （P＜0.01）.The inter-group differences in comparing the PSQI scores after 2-and 4-week treatments were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus transcranial electrical nerve stimulation is an effective approach in treating primary insomnia.
