脉络宁及复方麝香注射液在两种输液中不溶性微粒考察

摘    要:目的:脉络宁注射液、复方麝香注射液分别溶于不同输液中,观察溶液中不溶性微粒数量的变化情况。方法:模拟临床常用的加药浓度,制备脉络宁注射液与复方麝香注射液分别同两种输液配伍的溶液,并测定溶液中的不溶性微粒的数量。结果:分别与两种输液配伍后,不溶性微粒均有显著增加,同种中药注射液溶于不同输液中微粒增加数目不同。结论:与同种输液比较,溶人中药注射液后输液微粒较空白输液增多;与同种中药注射液比较,在0.9%氯化钠注射液中微粒变化较5%葡萄糖注射液中显著。建议二者加入5%葡萄糖注射液中使用。

Abstract:Objective :To study the change of insoluble particulate in Mailuoning injection and compound Musk injection mixed with transfusion. Methods: Compounding Mailuoning injection and compound Musk injection respectively mixed with transfusion , determining the change of insoluble particulate . Results: The insoluble particulate increased obviously.Conclusion:Mailuoning injection and compound Musk injection should be respectively mixed with 5% glucose injection.
