| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将76例急性脑梗死患者随机分为疏血通治疗组和复方丹参对照组，两组均连续用药15d。观察治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分明显下降，而且血液流变学指标有明显改善。结论疏血通注射液具有明显降低血黏度、抗凝、促纤溶作用，对急性脑梗死的治疗安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with Fufangdanshen injection,while the treatment group was infused with Shuxuetong injection.The two groups were continuously treated for 15d.Neurological function deficit scores and the change of hemorheology levels were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the neurological function deficit scores were decreased,and the levels of hemorheology indexes were ameliorated significantly in the Shuxuetong injection group.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is effective and safe in the treatment and prevention of acute cerebral infarction by reducing glutinosity of blood,accelerating fibrinolysis activity and inhibiting coagulation activity. |
