在MEBT/MEBO临床护理教学中渗透人文素质教育

目的 探讨在MEBT/MEBO临床护理教学中渗透人文素质教育,帮助护生利用人文关怀精神,最大限度地发挥自己的护理水平,解除烧伤患者的痛苦.方法 采用讲解、示范和指导相结合的方法,带教老师正确认识并重视护生人文素质教育,且注重培养临床教师的综合素质和人文素质教育在MEBT/MEBO临床护理教学中的渗透作用,注重营造人文素质教育的护理文化氛围.结果 在MEBT/MEBO临床护理教学中渗透人文素质教育,提高了带教老师的人文素质和临床带教的满意度.结论 在MEBT/MEBO临床护理教学中,有意识地渗透人文素质教育,为护生临床实习和以后从事的临床护理工作莫定了良好的基础.

Integrating Humanistic Education into the Nursing Teaching of MEBT/MEBO in Clinics

Objective To study whether the integration of humanistic education into MEBT/MEBO clinical nursing teaching could help nursing students bring their nursing abilities fully into play so as to relieve the suffering of burn patients. Methods In combination with explanation, demonstration and guidance, nursing instructors correctly acknowledged and paid inure attention to the humanistic education of nursing students. The infiltrative effects of a comprehensive and hu- manistic quality of clinical nursing instructors in the nursing teaching of MEBT/MEBO were paid more attention to anti the skills of interpersonal communication of nursing students were cultivated. Meanwhile, the atmosphere of the nursing culture of emphasizing the building-up of humanistic education in the hospital was paid attention to. Results Both the humanistic quality of clinical nursing instructors and tt, e satistaetion of nursing students on teaching performance were improved. Conclusion Teaching nursing students In consciously integrate the humanistic spirit into the clinical nursing process during MEBT/MEBO clinical nursing teaehing could benefit their future clinical nursing internship and career.
