创疡贴治疗低温烫伤的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察分析应用创疡贴治疗低温烫伤的临床疗效.方法 将44例低温烫伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组24例全程应用创疡贴换药治疗,对照组20例全程应用硝酸银软膏换药治疗,观察两组患者创面愈合时间、炎症反应、过敏反应及全身不良反应等指标并作综合分析.结果 治疗组创面平均愈合时间为28.9 d±4.43 d,对照组创面平均愈合时间为35.7 d±2.76 d,治疗组的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,治疗组综合指标评分优于对照组.结论 应用创疡贴治疗低温烫伤能提高治愈率,缩短创面愈合时间,是治疗小面积低温烫伤的理想敷料.

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of low temperature scalds. Methods A total of 44 patients of low temperature scalds were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The 24 patients in the treatment group were given the dressing change of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing while the 20 patients in the control group received the dressing change of Silver Nitrate Ointment. The healing time was observed, and inflammatory response, allergy and systemic adverse reactions were evaluated and graded comprehensively. Results The healing time in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group, and the evaluated overall grade in the treatment group was also superior to that of the control group. Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing can improve the curative rate and shorten the healing time of low temperature scalds, and an ideal dressing of treating low temperature scalds with a small size.
