湿润烧伤膏在糖尿病足溃疡愈合中的作用: 随机对照试验

摘    要:目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效.方法 共纳入128 例病例,其中治疗组66 例,82 个创面,规范应用MEBO 治疗; 对照组62 例,78 个创面,应用生理盐水治疗.两组病例的年龄、性别、溃疡类型、溃疡大小等基线指标具有可比性.结果 MEBO 治疗组12 周完全愈合率高于对照组(P 〈 0.05),12 周不完全愈合率及截肢率低于对照组(P 〈 0.05).结论 MEBO 促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合,2 周显著增加愈合指数,4 周显著减少溃疡表面积,12 周就可实现大于50%的溃疡创面完全愈合,是一种操作简便、安全可靠、临床推广价值较高的医疗技术.

Abstract:Objective To assess the efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO)in promoting healing of chronic diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs).Methods A total of 128 cases were enrolled into the study,of which,66 cases with 82 wounds were in the treatment group to receive MEBO treatment and 62 cases with 78 wounds were in the control group to receive NS treatment.The baseline indexes such as age,gender,ulcer type,ulcer size and etc.of patients in the two groups were comparable.Results The total curative rate at the 12th week in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05),and the non-curative rate and amputation rate at the 12th week in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion MEBO can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers.It can significantly increase the healing index at the second week and greatly reduce the ulcer size at the fourth week as well as heal the wound with an ulcerative size〉50% completely at the twelfth week.In all,MEBT/MEBO is easy to operate,safe and reliable and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
