肝癌合并脾功能亢进患者双介入治疗术后的观察和护理

目的探讨肝癌合并脾功能亢进患者双介入治疗术后病情观察和护理。方法通过对32例肝癌合并脾功能亢进患者采用肝动脉栓塞联合部分性脾动脉栓塞术的护理回顾,总结术后不良反应及护理经验和体会。结果 32例患者均有不同程度的发热、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等副反应,患者肿瘤缩小,白细胞、血小板均有不同程度的升高,脾功能亢进好转,无1例严重并发症,32例患者均好转出院。结论护士必须熟悉肝癌合并脾功能亢进双介入治疗术后副反应及并发症,加强病情观察,并采取积极有效的护理措施,可减轻介入术后副反应,避免严重并发症的发生,提高手术疗效,促进患者康复,提高患者生活质量和生存率。

Postoperative observation and nursing of double intervention therapy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hypersplenism

Objective To explore the postoperative observation and nursing of double intervention therapy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hypersplenism Methods The nursing of 32 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hypersplenism who received hepatic arterial embolization combined with partial splenic embolization surgery was reviewed.Adverse events and nursing experience were summarized.Results All patients had varying degrees of fever,abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting and other side effects.The tumor size was reduced,and white blood cells and platelets were increased to varying degrees.Hypersplenism was improved after treatment,and no case of serious complications occurred.All 32 patients were improved and discharged.Conclusion Nurses must be familiar with the postoperative side effects and complications in double interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma accompanying hypersplenism,closely observe the progression disease,and take positive and effective nursing measures to reduce the postoperative side effects and avoid serious complications.Only through these measures can we improve surgery outcomes,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and raise quality of life and survival rate.
