认知护理对功能性便秘患者心理状态和生活质量的影响

目的观察认知护理对功能性便秘（FC）患者的护理疗效,与普通护理做对照,以体现认识护理在FC患者护理中的重要性。方法对符合罗马ⅢFC诊断标准的40例患者随机分为两组。对照组20例给予普通护理,试验组20例在普通护理的基础上给予认知护理。两组疗程均为4周。于入组时、4周末采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对两组患者进行心理状态评定并比较临床症状。结果 4周末试验组SAS和SDS评分比入组时均显著降低。症状比较,试验组有效率为100.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论认知干预有助于改善FC患者的心理状态,缓解便秘症状,优于单纯的普通护理。

Effect of cognitive nursing on the psychological status and life quality of patients with functional constipation

Objective To observe the effect of cognitive nursing on patients with functional constipation（FC） and compare it with conventional nursing to demonstrate the importance of cognitive nursing in FC patients.Methods A total of 40 patients confirmed with FC according to Rome Ⅲ diagnostic code were randomly divided into control group（n=20） and experiment group（n=20）.The conventional nursing was applied to the control group,while the experiment group was administered cognitive nursing in addition to the conventional nursing.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depressive scale（SDS） were employed to assess the psychological status of the patients and the clinical complications were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the experiment group significantly decreased at the end of the fourth week.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）.The effectiveness rate of the study group（100.0%） was higher than that of the control group（80.00%）.Conclusion Cognitive nursing helps improve the psychological status of patients with FC and relieve constipation symptoms,which is better than the conventional nursing.
