| 摘 要： | 目的探讨喉癌围术期护理经验。方法术前给患者心理指导和术前常规准备，术后做好监护，做好切口护理、气管切开的护理，重视患者的心理护理并指导发音。结果30例喉癌患者手术全部成功，无并发症，发声质量满意。结论通过对喉癌患者术前和术后个性化护理及发音指导，可有效改善患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore perioperative nursing of laryngeal cancer. Methods Preoperative psychological guidance and routine preparation were conducted. Postoperative monitoring and wound and tracheostomy nursing were properly done. Psychological nursing and guidance in pronunciation were given. Results All 30 patients had successful laryngeal cancer operations with no complications. Vocal quality was satisfactory. Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative individualized nursing and pronunciation guide can effectively improve the patients＇ quality of life. |
