护理干预对结肠透析治疗慢性肝衰竭的影响

目的探讨护理干预对结肠透析治疗慢性肝衰竭不良反应的影响。方法将92例结肠透析治疗慢性肝衰竭的患者随机分为对照组和干预组各46例,对照组给予护理常规,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予系统全面的心理支持、信息干预、社会及家庭支持干预、行为干预,观察两组患者不良反应的发生率。结果 92例结肠透析治疗慢性肝衰竭的患者治疗过程顺利,干预组不良反应的发生率低于对照组。结论对结肠透析治疗慢性肝衰竭的患者实施系统全面的心理支持、信息干预、社会支持、行为干预能积极有效的降低不良反应的发生,对提高治疗效果,减轻患者的痛苦具有重要的意义。

Influence of nursing interventions on the colon dialysis in the treatment of chronic hepatic failure

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the colon dialysis in treatment of chronic hepatic failure.Methods A total of 92 chronic hepatic failure patients who received colon dialysis were equally randomized into control group and intervention group.The con-trol group received routine nursing,while the intervention group received systemic and psychological support,informational,familial and behavioral intervention.The incidence rates of the complica-tions in the two groups were observed.Results The invention group had a lower incidence rate of complications compared with the control group.Conclusion Inventions measures taken in the study in chronic hepatic failure patients who receive colon dialysis can significantly lower the inci-dence rate of adverse events,improve therapeutic effects and alleviate the pains of patients.
