经鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除术后并发症的观察及护理

目的探讨不同的护理方法对于经鼻窦入路行垂体瘤切除术后患者心理及并发症的影响。方法对照组患者采用常规护理方法;研究组患者采用阶段式专职护理方法,即将护理分为术前、术后,并采用专职对应的方式使患者从入院直到出院均由同一位护理人员实施服务。结果出院前研究组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分分别为（38.8±4.2）分和（32.8±5.9）分,明显低于对照组的（52.1±7.3）分和（48.8±6.6）分;研究组患者并发症发生率为25%,明显低于对照组的45.83%。数据经统计学比较具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论阶段性护理方法可有效改善患者不良心态,降低临床的并发症发生率。

Observation and nursing of complications after pituitary tumor resection through nose and sphenoid sinus

Objective To discuss the effects of different nursing methods on the psychology and complications of patients who received pituitary tumor resection through nose and sphenoid sinus.Methods The control group received conventional nursing while the experiment group received phrasebased full-time nursing in which nursing was divided into preoperative and postoperative periods and a full-time nursing staff provided professional nursing to patients from admission to discharge.Results The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score and the self-rating depression scale（SDS） score（38.8±4.2;32.8±5.9） in the experiment group were significantly lower than in the control group（52.1±7.3,48.8±6.6）.The occurrence rate of complications in the experiment group was 25%,which was significantly lower than the 45.83% in the control group.The difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Phase-based nursing method can effectively improve patients′ psychological status in a positive way and reduce clinical complications.
