| 摘 要： | 目的观察股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效,探讨该方法的可行性、优越性及相关注意事项。方法回顾性分析应用股骨上段解剖钢板治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者25例。结果 25例切口均一期愈合,住院期间无并发症发生。术后随访疗效满意。结论应用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗老年粗隆间骨折,具有创伤小、操作简单、疗效可靠等特点,有利于骨折愈合,具有良好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the proximal femur in the treatment of senile anatomical locking plate intertrochanteric fractures and discusse the feasibility and related matters of this method.Methods Retrospective analysis of the application femur anatomical plate in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,25 cases were followed up.Results 25 patients were healed, incision hospitalization no complications.Follow-up results were satisfactory.Conclusion Proximal femur anatomy of locking plate for elderly intertrochanteric fractures is simple,reliable and curative effect.This method is conducive to fracture healing and trauma,with good clinical value. |
