| 摘 要： | 目的应用循证护理探讨防治乳腺癌患者外周导人中心静脉置管（PICC）异位中的有效措施，以达到顺利置管，减少并发症的目的。方法提出临床实践中的护理问题，查阅文献，评价相关实证，将实证与临床知识和经验相结合，制定并实施护理计划。结果实施循证护理后乳腺癌患者PICC置管异位率明显减少。结论循证护理方法可有效预防和减少乳腺癌患者PICC置管中的异位。

| Abstract: | Objective Application of evidencebased nursing prevention ana treatment of breast cancer in patients with eetopic Picc Catheter effective measures to achieve a smooth catheter and reduce complications. Methods Proposed nursing problems, literature review, combined with clinical experience, to develop nursing interventions. Results Breast cancer patients after the im- plementation of evidence - based nursing PICC catheter significantly reduced the rate？ of ectopic. Conclusion Evidence - based nursing can effectively prevent and reduce breast cancer ectopie pice catheters. |
