健康教育执行单在血管外科的应用效果分析

目的探讨血管外科健康教育执行单在血管外科病房中的应用效果,以提高健康教育效果,规范护理行为,增加护理服务透明度,落实优质护理服务。方法将血管外科的健康教育常规内容设计为表格式执行单模式,护士根据执行单的内容对患者进行健康教育与效果评价,实施6个月后评价效果。结果 2011年7~12月对517例患者采用血管外科健康教育执行单进行健康教育,护理服务满意度有明显提高,患者健康教育知识掌握较实施前有明显差异。结论健康教育执行单的应用落实了护士对患者的健康教育,满足了患者及家属需要,保证了护理工作质量,提高了患者满意度。

Efficacy analysis of health education execution scheme table in vascular surgery

Objective To explore the efficacy of health education execution scheme table in vascular surgery in order to improve the effectiveness of health education,regulate nursing,increase nursing transparency and put quality nursing into place.Methods The routine health education in vascular surgery was included in the execution scheme table.Nurses carried out the health education activities and evaluated those effects according to the execution scheme table.Analysis and evaluation were made after 6 months.Results Health education has been put into practice with the execution scheme table of vascular surgery to 517 patients from July to December in 2011.The satisfactoriness towards nursing service was increased significantly,and patients′ understanding to the health education knowledge was raised markedly.Conclusion Health education execution scheme table helps to implement health education to patients,meet the needs of patients and their relatives,ensure the nursing quality and consequently improve patients＇ satisfactoriness.
