乳腺癌手术患者常见负性情绪及围术期的心理干预

目的分析乳腺癌手术患者的常见负性情绪及相应的心理干预方法。方法对37例乳腺癌手术患者于术前24h、术中、术后2～5 d进行访视交流、心理疏导、记录整理。结果乳腺癌手术患者存在负性情绪,经过心理干预能改善患者的负性情绪,减轻其心理症状,促进了躯体功能的恢复。结论对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪的分析并有针对性地进行围术期的心理干预能改善患者的心理功能,促进术后康复。

Common negative emotions of patients with breast cancer and psychological interventions in the perioperative period

Objective To analyze common negative emotions of patients with breast cancer and psychological interventions in the perioperative period.Methods Interviews and mental nursing were conducted to 37 patients with breast cancer 24 h before operation,in operation,and 2 to 5 days after operation.The data were recorded accordingly.Results Patients with breast cancer usually have negative emotions.Appropriate psychological interventions can improve patients′ negative emotions,lessen psychological symptoms and consequently promote the recovery of body function.Conclusion The study on the negative emotions of patients with breast cancer, and appropriate psychological interventions in the perioperative period can improve the psychological function of patients and promote the postoperative recovery.
