自理模式在母婴同室陪护中的应用研究

目的探讨自理模式在母婴同室陪护中的应用效果,提高产科护理质量。方法选择产科住院分娩的产妇816例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统护理模式,由护士及护工按常规护理,观察组采用陪护参与护理模式。结果观察组产妇及家属对护理服务满意度明显提高,母婴并发症发生率明显减少,病情变化及时发现,护患纠纷明显减少,健康教育知识掌握程度及母乳喂养率明显提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论母婴同室陪护人员在护理人员指导下参与母婴护理,有利于提高产科护理质量,满足产妇的身心需要,值得推广。

Research on the application of self-care mode in rooming-in nursing

Objective To study the application of self-care mode in rooming-in nursing,and improve the nursing quality.Methods A total of 816 parturients in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group employed self-care mode.Results Satisfactoriness of both the parturients and their relatives to the nursing were significantly improved in the observation group.There were less complications and medical deputes.The progression of disease can be noticed immediately.The mastery of health knowledge and breast-feeding rate were significantly improved.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing in the company of family members under the guidance of nursing staff is helpful in improving nursing quality,and improve the satisfactoriness of parturients.Thus it is worth promoting.
