醒脑静联合高压氧治疗重度一氧化碳中毒32例促醒作用疗效观察

目的:以醒脑静结合高压氧与高压氧治疗重度一氧化碳中毒的疗效进行比较。方法:32例患者[格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS<8)]随机分为两组,A组(治疗组)16例,高压氧治疗后加用醒脑静注射液及常规治疗;B组(对照组)16例高压氧治疗后常规治疗,按照格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)对A组、B组的24h清醒率作比较。结果:A组患者24h内清醒率(81.4%),显著高于B组(47.2%),P<0.01,2组患者植物状态及病死率无显著性差异。结论:醒脑静结合高压氧治疗重度一氧化碳中毒疗效优于单纯高压氧治疗。

The promoting revival effect of Xingnaojing injection in combination with high pressure oxygen on severe carbon monoxide intoxication: a study of curative effects of 32 cases

Objective: To compare the curative effects of Xingnaojing injection in combination with high pressure oxygen with that of high pressure oxygen alone on the severe carbon monoxide intoxication. Methods: 32 cases with severe carbon monoxide intoxication were randomly divided into the therapy group(group A, 16 cases) and the control group (group B, 16 cases). Group A was treated with Xingnaojing Injection and conventional treatment following high pressure oxygen, group B was treated only with high pressure oxygen and conventional treatment. The revival rates within 24h of the two groups were compared according to GOS. Results: In group A the revival rate (81.4%) during 24h was significantly higher than that (47.2%) in group B(P<0.01). The state of plant and mortality, however, in both group A and B were not different. Conclusion: The curative effect of Xingnaojing in combination with high pressure oxygen is superior to that of high pressure oxygen alone on severe carbon monoxide intoxication.
